There are separate registration forms for Athletes/Coaches and for Volunteers/Referees.

IMPORTANT NOTE:   The last day to register isAugust 3rd!!

Athletes, Please carefully read the terms of the WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY before registering as you are required to acknowledge and accept the terms during registration.

Volunteers will receive the following:

• Lunch on the day of the tournament
• A tournament T-Shirt

Referee's will receive the following:

• Free "referee seminar" Friday night (non-certified)
• A room based on double occupency for Friday night
• $20 Peppermill card for anything at the hotel (dinner, breakfast, etc)
• Lunch on the day of the tournament
• An embroidered tournament polo/golf style shirt
